Good afternoon people. Its kool in Scotland this afternoon the sun is out but it don't help that the ground is wet causing glare.

Is it ever not cold in Scotland?

@darien75 It certainly is beautiful but you are right, compared to other countries it is definitely cold.

@darien75 Good for you. I have found that the older I get then more I enjoy the warmth.
