We need more people like that!

I feel awful, I haven't really contributed anything because I'm always nervous that the charitable organizations I donate to will be fraudulent taking money away from those who need it the most. I jokingly asked a relative to offer a prayer in behalf of the victims, which is also the same as doing nothing. Does anyone know of any reputable secular disaster relief agencies involved with the fires?

I'm a Canadian who also wants to make a donation but am very unsure of which will actually send it to where I want it to go.

Good on them. The fires have been devastating

Yeah, my whole city was evacuated last year, but we were lucky to have our son to stay with. My province had 2 record breaking fire seasons in a row.
