Still waiting for "love" to find me. Realizing that one could wait as long a time for that as one could wait for the appearance of the Great Pumpkin, Easter Bunny or Santa Claus. Maybe even the second coming too. Amazing as to that prevailing ideology, which occurs as much in pop psychology, even in psychiatric guidelines to the profession, as to advising people to wait patiently, do whatever they do without searching for it, and that it will find them.

Now I would settle for finding a genuinely compatible, necessarily female, significant other. Love seems very ill defined and optional. I would settle for other qualities, without needing to use the non specific, ill defined, and often twisted and bent beyond recognition "love" word.

Strangely that has not found me either. Still waiting to be found, but haven't been found yet. So what is really wrong with all of that ideology and its beliefs ? My faith is utterly broken down. I think that ideology and the beliefs it promulgates are all "bullshit, bullshit, bullshit and more bullshit". (Quoting a famous American author in that last bit.)
