Wind farm tubines(windmills?) are labor intensive,if you can find it,Mike Rowe of the "Dirty Jobs" program had his crew and himself follow a Turbine maintenance crew one episode, every bit of gear,tools and people have to either climb a super long ladder inside the column,or be hauled up by rope,no inside elevators. After so many hours they have to be rebuilt.
And there have been fires, and overspeed conditions when the braking system fails,too.
