I’m open to dating almost anyone as long as they’re not crazy religious and since most people don’t even really think about what they actually believe in or even go to church more than once a year, I really don’t find it to be a big issue on my side of things. On all dating sites I like to be very honest and upfront about my atheism ( which usually just gets rid of the crazies anyway), but there has been several times where I have asked are you sure you’re ok with this and they say yes but when normal conversations come up I can see them trying to skate around the topic or just grit their teeth and hold back. I never bring up religion as a conversation but it always seems to pop up eventually. I guess what I’m trying to say is I feel like I’m leaving myself completely open to falling in love with anyone but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Is anyone else been experiencing this in their dating world. Thanks in advance. PS I HAVENT HAD MY COFFEE YET.
