Actually, it's not work related. I love my job. The company is amazing.

I'm rather frantic to find new (secular) childcare. The daycare I had my 4yr old in isn't handling things correctly. One of the boys, in one weeks time, pulled her pants down (3x in 2days), clawed her face and arm hard enough to draw blood, shoved her into a wall, and convinced her to linger in the bathroom to see if boys really pee different than she does. She's the one that got in trouble (for the bathroom bit) because "his family has 6 kids here."

Had to file an incident report with the police department and report them to the state. I'm not going to continue to pay $900/mo for them to let her be abused like this.

Unrealistic production demands? Pressure from the "Higher ups"? Seems everyone is biting each others heads off,around the Holidays.

Me too! The most stressful for work in over 7 years that I have been with the company!

Just worry about what you can control... If you are wondering whether you can control it... Don't complain but try to offer up a solution instead! That's the only way I have kept my sanity this past week. Well, that and turkey and gravy.
