Today, I decided to hoard my fckbucks. Best day I have had in a really long time. I feel somewhat refreshed. I didn't get ANY work done... i had zero fckbucks for that today...
(and for anyone who is not quite sure what I mean....

And come to think of it, since I retired, I have lots and lots of fuckbucks to spare! I'm rich!!

Very good advice. If the guilt of saying "no" is hard to conquer, make a list of reasons that you can bring out at a moment's notice, even if caught by surprise. "Sorry, I have other plans," is my personal favorite. You don't owe any explanation beyond that, and anybody prying enough to demand to know what those plans are can be countered with, "Why do you ask?"
