Content filter? How about a custom filter for posts with user selected keywords? e.g. "Trump" I hear way more about him than I need to.
PS: For those who dislike him, would you invite him to dinner? Then why do you keep inviting him into your head by reading and repeating news about him? Rhetorical question. Do what you like, just illuminating the possibility that you may be fouling your own psyche.
