It is true that those who won victory normally write history but i just noticed that it normally is written gender male.For example our Founding Fathers, what about our Founding Mothers. Did they do nothing ? How about the spies, nurses and those who worked behind the scenes to influence our history and the history of everyone else! It appears that male dominance started thousands of years ago and has a really hard time giving equal stature to the other sex .

I think the idea was that women made society through giving birth and men organised society into functioning entities.

Didn't you know?
Women did NOTHING. We've never had any influence, whatsoever, on the founding and shaping of this country.
The most we've ever done was be annoying enough to secure the right to vote.
Beyond that, we've done nothing.

You need to read up on history as women made a great contribution as spies,soldiers and in even writing the Constitution.

@Marine That was sarcasm. Pure, unadulterated, sarcasm.

@KKGator No sarcasm fact

@Marine Please don't assume I am unaware of the contributions of women, both prior to, and throughout, this nation's history.
I was being sarcastic in my initial response.

@KKGator OK

If we look at our history books with few exceptions it has always been the male that dominates history. Even the women mentioned in history often are said to have had a male advisor that was in the background making the real decisions. Changing this and giving equality to women will not be an easy job and in fact it has taken centuries to come to this enlightenment and will take many many years to be implemented.
