The word "omnipotent" all knowing, right? If God is omnipotent he knows his experiment would fail! Eve would spread her legs because he gave her them in the first place with reproductive organs.... And the whole incest thing, really...
Free will, he already knew the future, again knows that we are Assholes and will fuck up his planet!

One could argue that one who is omnipotent would logically also have to be omniscient.
But Emerald's translations are correct. You may be thinking of omniscience.

Omnipotent means all powerful. Omniscient means all knowing.
