I'm curious - has anyone here ever been solicited to, or gotten the sales pitch from, any other religions besides those that are Jesus/Christian based ? It seems to me those are the ones with the annoying need to make their damn belief system public, in your face, and intermingled with government .

Coming as I do from the evangelical world, I have trouble thinking of JWs and Mormons as Christians, and those are the only ones other than evangelicals that have ever molested me or mine. Oh, and I think some Hare Krishnas were headed my way in an airport once, but I eluded them.

I once lived next door to a Scientology bookstore in the 80s. Those pain in the ass people would stand outside and harass me everyday...... I would tell them them I live right there....I'm not into science fiction....didn't phase them a bit.....
