How did the mushrooms taste?

I havent tried the lions mane yet. We dehydrated to save it since I didn't have time to try any recipes with that mushroom

@Donotbelieve it is fun!!! But get a good field guide book to help you identify. Also, make sure you cook it throughly before eating any of it.
