@Elganned One of the main reasons why progressives did not want his confirmation to go through is because of their fear he would attempt to overturn Roe vs Wade, but his latest move would suggest otherwise...

@Elganned That's what he himself had said, he would fight for women's reproductive rights. I never said that all is said and done with one action, all I said was that so far so good, his action there siding with PP is a positive sign where that's concerned. You know how you had mentioned about no one is coming for your guns, that it's jusr a bunch of paranoia? Well, just because another conservative judge was appointed doesn't mean the conservatives are coming to remove all reproductive choices, that to me is paranoid.

@Elganned Regarding the gun part in your last comment, doesn't apply to me personally. Fair enough on the apprehensive part, and time will tell if such an approach is indeed justified or not.
