I was on Facebook checking into the area the ship was going through, and I saw that someone had commented last week something along the lines of “these cliffs are evidence of God on Earth.
I then turned on MSNBC to hear that there was a school shooting today in Florida. After getting tired of hearing about something so upsetting, I switched to Sky News. That story was about a man who raped and murdered his niece, and raped and tried to murder another woman.
Fuck, I know I’m not pointing out anything everyone here hasn’t noticed about the world. But if some pretty cliffs are what we get from that woman’s god in exchange for the terrible things people choose to do, we got a fucked up deal.

Yes we indeed get a very bad deal, our world's logic is extremely poor

Dear Erebus, it is the nature of the media to hang us off God's cliffs, their charter is to plot a course straight to Cape Fear, and hope to bleach our bones on that rocky shore. Their Sirens wail trickles down from above, a present no one wants, but to best serve our masters, one must have fear, so demand our masters who created God but not the cliffs. Do they care when there is a shooting or a rape? Is there money in it for them? It is a very poor hand indeed, cards are hard.
