I have used CBD Oil for the past 2 years, and have had wonderful results for my winter rheumatoid arthritis. I'm free of pain, swelling, and stiffness. I've suffered from it for 12 years, but refused to take pharmaceuticals for a variety of reasons, mostly fearing dangerous side effects (my system is highly sensitive) and knowing that all they do is mask symptoms without curing anything. I was initially skeptical about CBD Oil, but I'd heard so much about it that I thought I'd give it a try.
That said, I didn't notice that it did much for my anxiety or pain from a chest wall tear that occurred last year. I'm now experimenting with a CBD/THC tincture. Apparently the THC isn't psychoactive unless it is heated.

No but I have used THC for other reasons lol.

Yes, for chronic pain I use it as a topical and it does work. I give it to my elderly dogs as well as a tincture and as a topical and notice a huge difference in their mobility and vitality.

I smoke for those reasons among others and supplement with CBD and kratom if I need. All of the above help tremendously but yeah diet n exercise is also really important. I eat whatever I want but just one big meal a day usually. Cutting sugar n carbs helps if the pain is from inflammation. Yoga particularly for opening up the hips (psoas) is especially helpful with anxiety, depression, ptsd and the resulting muscular tension from emotional trauma.

@MissKathleen usually when I supplement with CBD it's capsules or vape additive, if I had the money Id go to www.cwhemp.com or find someplace online to buy in bulk or something. I don't remember for sure which is which in hemp vs cannabis based but Id go for whichever one has the full range of other cannibanoids if possible, I guess it would be the latter.

@MissKathleen I honestly don't recall those details, it was several months ago, one of those free samples. It's been a while since I've smoked a bud, but it's taste definitely harkened to it, though.
