With the markets in free fall, our foreign policy in chaos, and staff leaving the White House in disgust, President Trump can only focus on his "border wall" that a.) he promised Mexico would pay for, b.) not even border-state Republicans want, and c.) is a stupid, wasteful, antiquated solution to border security.

It's clear why this speech is resonating. Working people are sick and tired of a party that controls the House, Senate, and White House -- but time after time, can't perform the basic functions of governing.
