For anyone who’s still upset about Russia possibly interfering with our election I say
“At least they didn’t do it the way we have “

oh, but we are the "good" guys...right....funny how being on the opposite side sends us all a twitter...ugh!

Thanks for posting...I remember the overthrow of Panama...it was not pretty and even I hated the USA...

Seriously if I was president the very first act that I’d do would be to get rid of the CIA’s clandestine service and openly apologize for all that they’ve done.

@48thRonin I am not sure I agree with that...I am sure knowing what is happening within certain countries have prevented slaughters and assassinations and other things...terrorism, etc. Just as with everything, what is right always depends on who wins...we really have no idea of any good they have done because we only hear about the bad or when something fucks up...actually, you can see what good things they have done..google it...

@thinktwice There’s a difference between knowing and doing. I wouldn’t prevent them from spying but what I would do is prevent them from carrying out assassinations, starting rebellions in order to overthrow a government or to disrupt an election if we believed the wrong guy for us was going to win,
And most importantly negotiating with and funding terrorist to get them to attack other governments or to carry out false flag attacks against us.

That’s what the division of clandestine services does invade, disrupt and overthrow.

@48thRonin ah...the meddling into the politics of other countries...yeah...I don't know enough of what is happening behind the politics of all the countries around the world to really have an educated opinion of what is necessary and what is not...superficially, I would agree with you, but I think I would leave those decisions to those who know more about internal foreign affairs than I do...to think I know it all would be too tRUMPish... 😉
