@Elganned Hell, even if you ARE a native-born citizen, if you don't look "white enough", or sound "white enough", you are still expected to prove your citizenship in many places in this country. It's happening all the time. People are being detained and questioned all the time, being asked to "show their papers". It's happening everywhere, but especially in the border states. BOTH borders.
