Those are really long training days you have! Wow, that’s way past most people’s saturation point when it comes to absorbing any information. Doesn’t sound like an effective method of delivery. Good luck to you!
Instant death . I survived and won a pink donut
I hope you learn something you don't know!!
Nope
@Bigwavedave I figured...most of those are a waste of time for experienced people...we put on sales training dealing with issues of sexual conduct, dealing with milennials, etc. Some of the older participants are very grumpy about having to change, but they do not want to lose sales for offending someone who is power to decide...I follow Seth Grogin online ...he makes marketing short and sweet...sometimes it is old stuff, but mostly, I do learn some little tidbit...
I taught sales training for a bank for many years. It was a struggle to deal with folks who felt they didn’t have anything new to learn. They were often quite stuck in their ways of approaching clients and couldn’t open up to even the possibility of a new approach getting different/ more effective results. Primarily because we were proposing that they change their communication style and start listening more than trying to push product down a client’s throat.
@Tinocca lol.no .....I have just had similar training many time...spin, qbs, challenger, impact.....no throat pushing.
