Wow, I must've been living under a rock. That song was released in 1995 and that is the first time I've heard it, or... Is it radio censorship?

That album was released in 1997. I bought it when it first came out. The music video got lots of air play on MTV at the time. He did that song with Trent Resnor (NIN).
