The fact that children in the US in the year 2019 are suffering from a disease that was all but wiped out is a testament to society trusting a D list celebrity over the experts on the subject. Shameful.

I do not understand why the government doe not do more to educate the public on this . It is getting out of hand and the diseases that should not be in our borders is returning for no reason but to cause hardship.

I don't get this at all. Except we are lucky enough not to have encountered world wide endemics. If your baby was bogeyed or had buck teeth you'd want em fixed. Why would you want them to be put at risk of deadly disease.
