It really is the craziest thing here in Wisconsin...the windchill factors in but the temp right now is -9 and Monday we are expecting it to be 51 degrees....rain maybe? Then back to the 20's which is considered normal February temp. I've never seen it like this and I've lived in Southern Wisconsin over 20 years!
