Good plan. Just shining the light of awareness on disturbing, untrue thoughts makes them wither on the vine.

Writing out your thoughts longhand and analyzing them is a sure way to find peace and happiness.
According to his biographer, John Nash rid himself of schizophrenia by learning to police his thoughts.
