I've been super busy trying to get my other house ready for rent. It's a 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths, finished basement on a 1/2 acre lot abutting conservation land. It's near the High School and one of the Elementary schools, so it's perfect for a family. Small kitchen, dining room, living room, vaulted ceiling studio with lots of light and private entrance...I lived there for 9 years and I miss it!

Today I took out an old rug from the downstairs bedroom, installed a new stove in the kitchen, and cleaned up a bunch of junk. Tomorrow, I'll go to home depot and buy some linoleum to put down in the bedroom, some white paint for baseboards and trim, and get to work finishing up. I've got a guy coming later this week to pick up some junk and someone else coming to clean the basement carpet...I'm hoping to be able to list the house soon and find a good tenant by April.

Anybody in western Massachusetts here want some old furniture? It's free! You just need to pick it up.

Update. The tenant had left the heat off for so long, one of the pipes in the ceiling had split. We only noticed when we turned the water back on last night. Of course it all came down through the ceiling to the kitchen below. What a mess!

Well, that's basically my dream house, except it's in the wrong location...

Was that left bit an add on?

A studio. It has high ceilings, big windows and a ton of light. I taught music out of it for 4 years 🙂

@celticagent So it must have some big windows at the other side then to have lots of light.

@Jolanta yes it does 🙂 that side faces south and gets sun the whole day. In back is a small (but potent!) organic garden, chicken coop and lots of woods and fields (conservation land).
