Personal Improvements - Judging people and feeling judged. I have made several changes in my life of things that became an undesirable habit that I wished to give up. One was saying "sorry" every time I had to say "no" or decline a request. I'm very happy to have broken this habit.

My new personal goal is twofold:
Not to judge people by anything but their actions.
and
Not to let others judgment of me do me harm.

Of course, it's a work in progress. At first it's very hard to recognize it but even the effort is making me a happier person. The "judgment syndrome" is a harmful social disease, not only to others but too self. IMO

What personal improvements are you striving for?

Good on you for knowing that you do this and trying to amend it. My problem is that I say things without there being a filter between my mouth and the brain. I am trying hard to stop doing it, and thinking a bit about how I should act and react.
