All legal, but doesn't matter anymore as US are tearing up and of course will remain in the treaty, not developing any new weaponry, until it officially ends. Right.

Now the Russians have no checks and stops. If they were cheating we had some recourse, but ending it gives us nothing and them free reign to build openly. Another great tRump accomplishment.
