He isnt smart enough, but has to win, since a narcissist. Hopefully he will be convinced the shut down isnt a winning move. If Hannity and the other far right nut jobs have spoken already, it seems they are his advisors.

I wouldn't count on him being smart enough but let's hope the repubs around him can reel him in long enough to get it signed so we can move on...
