Hello. In cloudy weather, it is best to travel to large cities with developed infrastructure. This time of year is not the season in countries with a hot climate. In addition, beach holidays get boring quickly. That's why I often travel to different cities in any weather. It is important the city is safe to travel to, which is easy to find on [travelsafe-abroad.com]. In large cities, cold and cloudy weather will not prevent you from enjoying your journey, as at any moment you can go to a cafe to get lost and continue your walk.
