The book, Origin, by Dan Brown contains the most erudite and articulate case against religion that you will ever find. It is well worth reading if only for the chapter concerning Kirsch's revelation of his earth-shaking discovery. I have not finished the book, and I know it's just another who done it but the scene mentioned is a masterpiece of logic.
