No one should possess anyone and no, romantic love can't be simple. I could be wrong but I have never experienced simplicity in dealing with relationships.

No. My besty is a pansexual woman, just not sexual with me and that's cool. People don't own people.....ESPECIALLY the one's they love.

Nope, everyone doesn't need to possess someone. While some people think "it's cute" or "shows love," I consider possessiveness and jealousy the ugly manifestation of insecurity and it is extremely unattractive to me.
