What are some social etiquette rules everyone should know and follow?
You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose.
You can't pick your friends nose.
You can,however,pick your kids noses.
@Shawappa44820 you are a good friend
Whether with regrets or an acceptance, respond to all invitations! Don’t lean on your horn when you drive, or are waiting to pick someone up. Never start eating before your host. Use 'please,' 'thank you' and 'excuse me' liberally. Always be ready to surrender your seat on a bus or commuter train to an older person, one who is handicapped or, if you're a gentleman, to any lady (even at the threat of being perceived as patronizing). Don’t cut people off, whether in traffic or conversation. Don't chew with your mouth open and cover your mouth when coughing, sneezing or yawning—no need to list, belching! Never treat servers or hospitality workers rudely, even if they may be in the wrong. Don't hog all the covers! Always try to come away from your first conversation with someone knowing more about them than they do about you—practice being a good listener.
I'm amazed how often strangers ask my age. Its none of your damm business and asking is just rude. Can't you relate to me for who I am?
Be decent and respectful of other people's ways of living and being. It may not always be to your liking but you never know what kind of wars they are fighting inside.
It is cool and the better way to go ... instead of being macho and trying to make all the decisions out there! Let the gals have their chance to speak because we men need to listen more to the women!
And if you're American, don't talk about etiquette.
Don't pick your nose and eat the product.
@Redcupcoffee And we wonder why he;s an -ex! NOT!
Don't fart on a crowded train..
