@margarida if you have no way of ever being upwardly mobile, like we all expected when I was growing up ( I am almost 71) why Wouldn't you turn to crime? Where is the satisfaction from working 2 or 3 minimum-wage jobs, never see your family & get nowhere? You would have to have Zero ambition to Not turn to the (assumed) "quick riches" of various forms of crime

@AnneWimsey thank you. Now I understand.The problem is my english that is not very good. I guess you are right. But I am also thinking about today. So many cases of rich people that kil their husband, sons, daughters, brothers, wife...a stranger they see in the street.. that's crazy and sad. They seam to be clever and have everything. Why kill ????

@AnneWimsey this guy...he seems so clever...I feel sorry for him and for those who lost their lifes...of course.
