Mathematically speaking, from these 6 data points, it is impossible to predict what the 7th point of the series to be. That is, the variance is so large that 2019 could be between 20-90 with 90% confidence. Also, it could be argued that the trend was going up with Obama and has dropped since Trump was elected.
