What I really like about this sight is, no matter what you post the primary response is argumentative, at times, almost adversarial with minor agreeable reliefs...say the world is round and you'll get an argument, say it is spherical you'll get an argument, say the universe is infinite some will ask if you have proof. agnosticism and atheism are taken to the fullest extent of their meaning. I love it.

For the most part, I just don't comment on posts that I vehemently disagree with. I'd rather better my understanding on topics that interest me.

That's human nature. There's nothing you can say or believe that is not bound to trigger people agreeing and opposing you. Even in matters you think everybody has to agree you will find someone opposing you. And that applies to agnostics, atheists and believers in whatever...

@zesty It’s flat enough in that the curvature can be ignored for small areas.
lol I agree...BUT... ha ha
I think it brings to attention how we really have to select our words more carefully since there is no way to read emotions, tone, facial expressions, etc.
I also think a lot of people seem to enjoy poking the bear on purpose...
