Since switching to a vegetarian diet, I have dropped 15 pounds. I'm not doing anything else. Exercise, sleep, supplements, everything is the same. Just stopped eating meat. If anything, I eat more than before: more and varied sources of protein: nuts, beans, yogurt, cheese...

i lost 30 lbs by basicaly cutting out carbs (40yrs ago)..whatever works.

I dropped 90 by switching to keto. Only change.

I am betting it is more that you dropped eating refined carbs...

I eat eggs, meat, butter and cheese all the time, and the foods you listed above...the difference is carbs for me...breads, pastas, etc.

No matter...you are eating healthy for you, so congrats!
