‘Today’ would have been my 40th wedding anniversary… Even on a ‘dating site,’ it’s worth noting where so many marriages end up.. Had anyone told me ..all those decades ago I’d lose my family homestead in a divorce settlement.. to that sweet loving young woman… it’d have felt as if I were speaking to a freshly landed alien..
