I am allergic to shellfish, most comes back up in about 30 minutes for scallops it's 15. I really miss clams, musscles, shrimp and lobster. I can eat salmon, tuna, halibut, etc. It is expensive and this years salmon fishery is almost nil .

@silverotter11 my allergy is Pineapple..shellfish allergies must suck..here's the good news..the recipe originally called for Cod..and really yummmmm...I can give it to you if you're inclined..

@Charlene Yes!! I like cod, my mother butchered it when she use to cook it on Fridays for my dad, she eventually figured out he was a recovering Catholic and really did not hold with the religious dietary restrictions. His favorite food was fish and shellfish.
