Well I spoke too soon about the dog I found; mom found her owner’s post on FB, and we’ve got quite a few mutual friends. I got in touch with the owner and the family/pups miss her very much. Her name is Neyland. She got out while they were bringing groceries in a couple days ago.

I might get offered one of their puppies. Only two survived from the litter but they’re looking for a home for one of em. They’re half American English hound and half pitbull. Not sure which one I’ll get offered but I could get used to having a puppy around the house. Having some company around here has been really nice.

Guessed where you were from just from the dog’s name.

You did the right thing all the way around. Caring for her, protecting her, and finding her owner. It doesn't get better than that. And people say atheists aren't to be trusted.

A puppy would be great! (Even more effective than carrying a guitar case to meet ladies🙂
Like Mr Peabody said - every dog needs a boy!
Hope it works out for you!

Very true.

Just imagine if I carry the guitar while walking the dog 😂

@Wurlitzer
At that point you become irresistible!
