We just shouldn't take the risk. I will take tea or coffee.

Dunno, they had a 65M year run of the planet without coffee, humans have been drinking it in its current form for under 1000 years and look how we've trashed the place. Coincidence? I think not.

And no, I'm not a coffee drinker. That stuffs fricking nasty.

It's an squired taste. I didn't lie beer or wine when I first tasted it, but I developed a taste for coffee, beer, wine and various foods over time.

@snytiger6 I've tried multiple times to drink it and it always tastes like, well coffee (shit in my vernacular ). Tried hiding it in mochas, tried lattes, straight, sugar and cream, espresso shots, chocolate covered beans, when I was drunk and/or stoned, and once on shrooms - and its a bad sigh when schroom tea tastes better than coffee. 😉

Just got done making my wife's super complicated morning coffee - she's officially a coffe snob, was ordained one about 20 years ago - and I've tried hers, and it sucks. There is no way, short of receiving a coffee flavored blowjob, that I'll ever enjoy coffee.

@1of5 For some people they just never develop a taste for some foods. Personally, I can't stand the flavor of black licorice (aka anise). I hate it.

@snytiger6 i hated licorace till i was 40, then loved the taste. Still do.

Star anise is one of the things that goes into my wife's coffee.

@1of5 Ewe... Anise in coffee? Sounds really disgusting... to me, anyway. If she likes it thn, as long as nobody serves it to me, I have no problems.

@snytiger6 that and about 5 other ingrediants. She likes it, it makes her happy, and I get huge points for making it.

Only good experience I have with coffee. 😉

@1of5 I'llput a dash of cinnamon in the coffe grounds before it brews, which helps reduce the bitter edge.
