The News media bears a great responsibility in getting Donald Trump elected in 2016. The news media's 24/7 free news coverage of Trump during the campaign contributed to his victory.

They are presently repeating this pattern. If the news media continues to give Trump free wall to wall coverage everytime he hiccups, we are in a position to repeat 2016 in 2020. They did not learn their lesson in 2016. They need to be more selective on how or what they cover concerning Trump. Not everything needs to be covered ad infinitum.
