Ya’ll talk about ten-year-old photos and avatars...this is me, full body, today at 3pm EST. Was on my way to belated birthday dinner with my daughter: I recently turned 59. She will soon be 37.

You look great. Happy Birthday to you! As someone right about your age, we need to shed the desire to look perfect and let our photos be made. Our children and grands will cherish them after we are gone. Self acceptance leads to happiness! Hey, we are not 30 anymore, and shouldn't be expected to look as if we are!

Thank you! I’m fine with how I look, and I accepted long ago that I was never going to be skinny and cute forever. Sure, there are folks who only see that I’m old and fat, lol...but others see me as curvy, luscious, and beautiful. I can live with that!
