President Trump cancelled his visit to Poland. Obama would play golf in Hawaii. Trump is a real American president, solves American problems and represents American interests. He is needed home, let the religious fanatic vice president worry about Catholic Poland.

you realize you are talking about the orange headed moron that wen to Puerto Rico and threw roles of paper towels to people that lost HOW MANY PEOPLE to that hurricane.He has played so much more golf than Obama its ridiculous.He is a liar and you call him a REAL amerikkkan president.REALLY.To say the least he is no better than a pig

@zesty I certainly don't expect tRump to be Praised, for he has done nothing for this country except made the rich even richer. With over 3,500 lawsuits outstanding, over 12,000 lies told in his pResidency, he is not my President. And he "solves American problems"? To wit?

At least we can agree that Trump is president, although he’s much more interested in helping your former country than the US.
I would contend that he’s created far more problems than he’s solved.
At his current pace, he’s set to play more golf in his first term than Obama did in two terms.

President Trump warned Dorian "could be an absolute monster". He cancelled a planned trip to Poland because of the storm, sending Vice-President Mike Pence instead.

Mr Trump's critics have argued that he is only taking the hurricane seriously now because it is threatening white people on the US mainland.

A Democratic congressman, Don Beyer of Virginia, told CNN the Republican president was taking notice because "Florida is not an island full of people of colour".

OK. So, what are your conclusions?

@zesty None. I'm interested in the story of Dorian, not the conjecture. The full BBC report is factual and balanced. The extract I copied covered the inevitable political sniping.
What I also find interesting (and saddening) is the extreme schism between the two main US parties.

@Petter Both parties moved to the extreme. Looks like the fanatics set the tone on both.

He is an American president. As long as he gets kudos from Americans, he is fine.
