It is a very sweet victory, and I share all the praises you have expressed in your comments. But I can’t find my rosie color glasses anywhere!! I don’t know where I left them. So...
Trump is the single most immoral president in this country’s history. And he is so.... _____ (fill the blank), that he would enjoy this distinction as long as he is the most ... whatever... in history.
Evangelical Christians sold their souls to the devil voting for him (to use their meaningless lingo) so that he, along with the Republican Senate (which mere existence is also our fault), could appoint hundreds of right wing judges, including two in the Supreme Court so far. (Side note: Mitch McConnell was not impeached when he refused to consider Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, for the same reasons we won’t be able to impeach the current holder of the presidency).
But, back to the original comment: they wanted those judges there, and now that they have them, they will create their backward rules and laws and they will mount legal challenges in court so that the decisions, some of them from the Supreme Court, have the effect of forcing us all to live life according to their religious point of view.
Let us enjoy the sweet taste of victory while it lasts.
Sorry, it is a dirty job but someone has to do it. It might as well be me. : (

I will be attending a presentation by Dr Patrick Pillay this coming Saturday. Can't wait.

What a breakthrough. Well done 👍

I can’t believe we won one. Ever since the Supreme Court ruling on the 40 ft Bladensburg Cross everything was going down hill. Now everything is not religious but historical. Religion always finds a way of pushing their agenda. Project Blitz!

Victory for everyone.
