We now have Trump with his shitty presidency that takes center stage to everything else. No other world news gets in (not much anyway and unless you look for it) and he has a chokehold on the country. You are seeing what he wants you to see. You are staying in chaos like he wants you to be. As long as you are diverted, he can systematically destroy the country as he has been doing.

A scandal a day keeps the press on its toes and constantly off balance.

The next year will tell whether we will be able to heal our wounds as a country or whether we will be headed for a fall, a revolution and another Dark Age. I really hope I am wrong on that... But it presently doesn't look that way.
