To be agnostic or to be an atheist isn't enough since they don't tends for a progressive change in the society. Ideological deviation always serves the interest of ruling class.
I'm not totally sure what the wording of this post is supposed to mean. But being atheist or agnostic can't "be enough" . . for anything.
The word "atheist" means "without a belief in god." That's all.
The word "agnostic" means "not knowing whether god exists or not." That's all.
Atheism and agnosticism aren't religions, ideologies, philosophies or moral codes. Objectively, nothing about either of them implies ANY view about anything whatsoever.
This is what confuses people: In the United States, atheists TEND to lean left / liberal / Progressive / Democrat... because the Evangelicals have aggressively weaponized the Right. But that is a RESPONSE to politics in the USA, post-Reagan (1980s).

I’ve noticed some deeming themselves “Anti-Theists.” Does that work? Atheist is enough for me. Honest simplicity … allowing one to move ahead from there..
The term "anti-theist" refers to actively being AGAINST religion.
Anti-theism can mean anything from thinking religion has been a bad influence on history, and can be dangerous....all the way to actually favoring laws that would forbid people from worshipping at all.
Atheist is the neutral term you want... simply "without a belief in God."
@babyhumanist In my day, ‘Atheist’ was bad enough! And though I’ve fought to extinguish religion from every angle ... I’ve too much respect for The First Family of Atheism to re-label myself now..
