It's Jesus that deserves the credit. Certainly not science or the doctor who spent 12+ years in medical school.

I can only imagine being a doctor and saving someone after a 16 hour surgery and going into the patients room and hearing them and their relatives thanking God.

I love the illustrations!

Are they satirical or from a Christian document.

It looks like a stunt JW might pull in The Watchtower!

No idea where the original pictures are from but whoever made this did a great job. πŸ™‚

76% of medical doctors report a belief in God.

You do know that survey comes from 2005 and that most of the doctors interviewed worked for church sponsored or owned hospitals?

@LenHazell53 Here’s a more recent study: 65%

[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Where did you get the information about most of the doctors working in church hospitals?

I'm not sure what your point is. I'm not being rude. I'm just unsure what that has to do with my post. Feel free to elaborate.

Regardless if 100% of doctors BELIEVE in God, he (or Jesus) are still being "useless as fuck" do to them being existent impaired.

As for the other part, that's the perspective "I" would take if I was in the mentioned senario.

@Gawd I guess my point is that a lot of doctors would not be the least bit offended if a patient thanked God for recovery. The doctors would be saying the same prayers. Some surgeons no doubt pray for guidance before doing an operation.

@WilliamFleming maybe they conducted the interviews in a conference room in a church sponsored or owned hospital.

@Azatheist I don’t think so. I believe it was a professional survey by a university.

@WilliamFleming My comment was meant as sarcasm. In future, I should perhaps use parentheses with the word β€œsarcasm” in them. Sorry for the confusion.

I ve been for 22 yrs , this was hilarious to read πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

@Pralina1 I don’t get your point or understand what you think is funny. A religious doctor probably wouldn’t pray right in the operating room but in private. Actually I was operated on once.

Even if I don’t understand I’m happy that you are amused.
