Alright, I was glancing at a clickbait article claiming that 7 out of 10 people believe the U.S. is on the verge of a Civil War. Personally I do fear more elements of violence in the near future, but an actual war would involve multiple logistic nightmares and organization. Plus the military would have to splinter. My guess on the military is that it will follow a constitutional direction. Although I do not totally rule out an attempted coup as lesser senior officers have been quietly placed in areas of power, like NATO. What say yea of little faith - pun intended.

Read Hugh Thomas' "The Spanish Civil War".

I agree about the logistics, organization, etc. What does concern me is local loons waving guns and trying to play ''cowboy.''
