Hi guys, I happen to be doing an essay on 'can God love us.' I'll be exploring the evidential problem of evil and I was wondering if any academics or well-read people had any sources they'd recommend for theodicies (some justification for the evils that the various evils that exist, and it being compatible with the existent of an omnipotent, omniscient and benevolent God). While I will be taking the view that God does not love us, if he should exist, and then God would only be indifferent, I would like to be able to outline the strongest possible theodicy.
In light of this, if anyone has any sources of some convincing theodicies
