Christians: God is everywhere, just look around! Me: I do not see god anywhere. Christians: But look at all the trees, plants, mountains, animals, etc. Me: YUP, still don't see him LOL
I'm curious as to what makes people think they would know evidence of God if they saw it, or didn't. could be sitting there all all the time, may never have though. we will not know one way or another.

Semantics. Look around! What you see, you will apply an utterance to. The utterance will bear connotations of greatness, ultimacy, singularity, etc., like “god”, “universe”, “ground of being”, etc. You will make assumptions about its nature, some of which will be correct; some not.
Theists + Atheists = identical twins with different, but rhyming, names. Two tribes; one species.
