Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I don’t think you can be prosecuted for what you say unless you are inciting violence or threatening someone, so in that sense you/we have freedom of speech.
But I think an employer has a right to fire people because of what they say, especially if it is said on TV. They really need give no reason.
It’s one thing to complain about illegal immigrants—it’s another thing to complain about immigrants in general. All citizens are equal.
